Beer specialties: Helle Lotte, 1457 Lager & Stöffla-smokebeer

The Memmelsdorf cult-beer: Drei Kronen "Stöffla"! Not for nothing our smokey beer specialty was honored with the gold medal of the European Beer Star 2003.

And the balanced taste is also excellent: The delicate, smoky note and the fine aroma hops (from Spalt) in the nose form a taste symbiosis that unfolds on the palate.

If you have to bring our Helle Lotte into a scheme than we we lovingly call it a Franconian Hell (German for bright!). Gold colored, drinkable and in the nose with a fruity hops note.

Drei Kronen Lager already convices before the drinking enjoyment in your nase. In the mouth, the caramel tones, some honey nuances, matching hops tart and pleasant spice delight. Wonderfully soft and round. You immediately feel like more.

Our Orgelweisse was originally brewed in the early 1990s. Then the revenue of the first brew were served for the newly built pipe organ of the church in Memmelsdorf. In the course of the handover 2016 we found the recipe of those times, refined it and brewed it again. It came out a truely tasty Wheatbeer. You can drink it between April and Octobre.

Due to our centuries-old history we have an authentic amount of brew experience, which is handed down from generation to generation. This entitles us to brew particularly ambitious and exceptional beer specialties during the course of the year.

These beers either have historical backgrounds (Fasting beer, Bockbier), a regional touch (Kerwabier) or God-given (Orgelweiße, Beer for the feast day of the Three Wise Men).

Those delicious beers are also deliberately brewed only in small quantities. Therefore: If drunk up, then drunk up!
